Tumbling classes for cheer and gymnastics

Gymnastics Tumbling

These tumbling classes are designed for cheerleaders and gymnasts who are interested in improving their skills. Classes are offered weekly. First, each class allows a short period for static stretches, usually 5 minutes, then follows with a active movement to prepare for tumbling. Beginning Tumbling will also focus on Cartwheels, Roundoffs and Front hand springs.

Intermediate Tumbling class will progress even more to building a Back handspring. Because proper body position, strength and techniques for back handsprings are the keys to success. Coach will begin spotting the athletes handspring using training shapes and trampoline drills, above all keeping an emphasis on execution.

Ready to put it all together? Then Advanced Tumbling class might be just the right for you.  Front and Back tumbling on the floor, tumbl-trak and trampoline.  Multiple skills connected together hand springs, flips and full twists.

Beginning Gymnastics Tumbling: 

  • Monday 6:30 pm
  • Thursday 6:00 pm 
  • Saturday 9:00 am

Intermediate Gymnastics Tumbling

  • Monday 7:30
  • Thursday 7:00 pm
  • Saturday 11:00 am

Advanced Gymnastics Tumbling:

(Must be able to do a Round off back handspring by yourself)

  • Wednesday 7:30 pm
  • Saturday 10:00 am
